I know no javascript at all, nor anything about the template language of Blogspot. How would one alter this so that it would apply only on selected posts, or on more lengthy posts. Perhaps I'm asking what would one change so that medium length posts would not be affected, but long ones would. Oh, hell, I'm confused, but...
Absolutely. My point is that it takes a post which is two paragraphs long, cuts it off in the middle of the second paragraph and says "read more." Thus, every single one of my posts, including very short ones, requires clicking, and when you click all you get is one additional line. You read 95% of the item and click to get a mere 5% more.
I would like the cutoff to be longer. I'd like posts that are, say, three paragraphs long not to have any cut off and not any "read more" link, that is to be displayed in their enirety. Only posts longer than three paragraphs would be cut off and have the "read more" link.
